Party Cancellation

Unfortunately we had to cancel the party scheduled for Sunday the 26th. We'll work on getting that rescheduled ASAP.

Until then, we encourage coming to our meeting Wednesday, March 1st at 3:30, at the Ground Zero Cafe (near subway on Fort Street). If there's a political or economic issue you'd like to discuss or a current event that really got you thinking, feel free to bring it up at the meeting.

Again, we apologize for having to cancel the party. We were really looking forward to it, but unfortunately sickness and prior engagements would have kept the party from living up to its potential.

Also, auditions are being held for a live action version of Ken Schoolland's book Jonathan Gullible on Sunday. If you'd like to try out, feel free to get in touch with any of the club officers or Professor Schoolland.

Hey everyone.

This is the blog for the Reason Club, a political and economic issues discussion group located at Hawaii Pacific University.

Currently, we have a few projects and speakers lined up for this semester. Most importantly, we'd like to get SAGE set up at some of the high schools as soon as possible. We're also going to try and do some fundraising for the March of Dimes. Possible speakers include Fred Hemmings and Mark Skousen.

Thanks again for checking out our blog, I'll try to keep it updated with current events and club happenings.

Next meeting is next Wednesday, 3:00.
